The Choir & Chanters play a vital role in the worship experience at St. Katherine, uplifting the congregation through the beauty of Byzantine chant and liturgical music. With a rich history spanning decades, our choir and chanters enhance the Divine Liturgy by leading the faithful in prayerful song, making the theology of our hymnology accessible and inspiring.

Our Chanters assist the Clergy in leading congregational responses during services, weaving together the sacred cycle of Orthodox worship and Byzantine music. They participate in Sunday and weekday services, as well as sacramental celebrations, ensuring the liturgical tradition of our faith is upheld.

The Choir, a dedicated and talented group of members, sings during each Sunday Liturgy from October through May and special services throughout the year, including Great Lent. Rooted in tradition and excellence, the choir has been recognized for its contributions, with members of all ages coming together as a family within the parish.
